What a wonderful week of sunny days we had; redbud coming to life all along the river banks, wildflowers blooming on the hillsides that have not slid down to the road in the rains, lilac buds just about ready to burst forth in purples, pinks and whites, apple blossoms full and ready for the bees and I saw the first dogwood bloom tucked in a warm and cozy glen of trees. The camera has been my companion as I take photos of our wonderful skies morning and night between the rain storms. Spring, ahhh spring; this is always my favorite season and although the calendar still says winter, the daffodils are blooming and hyacinth opened just today.
