Bertram A. Lane, Jr. was born on March 1, 1962 and unexpectedly passed away on February 19, 2013. Bert left behind three children that he loved dearly: Clinton Pierce, Collin Joseph, and Cassidy Lane. Bert spent his entire life dedicated to serving the public.
