Snow covered the river bar where the Trinity River flows into the Klamath near Weitchpec after a blizzard dropped snow across Humboldt County on Friday, December 6. Students from the Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District were sent home early on Friday. Schools throughout the District remained closed through Monday and reopened on Tuesday, December 10.
