Certified Massuese Ready to Work Her Magic

The Rivers Edge Motel on Highway 96 in Willow Creek has a new beauty and massage salon that offers all the luxuries of a day spa.
Deborah Cole is a licensed cosmetologist and certified masseuse. Cole is new to the Willow Creek community and is excited to be bringing her skills and practices to the area.
Cole went to two different schools to get her licensing and certifications. She finished her schooling, and family, space, and the opportunity to open her own business landed her in Willow Creek.
Now, her spa is open and she’s ready to work her magic.
“I can wax anything,” Cole said. “I like to wax, but my favorite is massage.”
Cole immigrated from Peru years ago when she was 17. The single mother of two boys taught high school Spanish and college-level education classes in the San Francisco Bay Area, and started doing message to supplement her income and balance her checkbook.
Her older son plays JV Football at Hoopa Valley High School. “The kids are the ones who made me come up here. They love it here,” Cole said.
With years of experience under her belt, she knows several ways to take the tension out of a rigid torso.
“Bring it on,” Cole said. “I have plenty of massage knowledge.”
That doesn’t limit her services however, for the ladies and gentleman who prefer to pamper themselves additionally on occasion. Cole also does manicure and pedicure, but not nail art.
“I don’t have the patience for that,” Cole said.
